Operation note of commercial automatic egg breaker machine:
1. The egg breaking machine should be placed smoothly, and the ground wire must be installed.
2. After connecting the power supply, start the egg shell separators machine and observe the rotation direction of the machine. The rotation direction is clockwise, if it is reverse, rotate the needle and adjust any two of the three-phase power supply.
3. Pour eggs into feeder hopper of eggshell separating machine, please do not pour too much at a time, such as pouring too much will appear card machine, belt fracture.
4. How to clean the egg liquid making machine, it is recommended that the first use of steel wire brush on the filter bucket in the work bucket, filter hole for mesh cleaning, prevent the stop mesh was blocked with egg residue.
Secondly, we must clean up the shell slag at the bottom of the strainer and the core, to prevent the appearance of different hearts of the strainer, when the boot is stinging metal scratching in the ear or a belt breaking.
