1. Overview

2. Working Principle and features:
The machine adopts a toothed disc type (wind wheel type high-speed rotating knife) , fixed knife for impact, shearing, and grinding, not only crushing effect is good, but also a strong airflow is generated in the machine cavity when crushing, the heat of the crushing chamber and the finished product flow out of the screen, crushing fineness can be determined by changing the screen.
The unit makes use of the relative movement between the movable and fixed tooth disks to crush the materials through the impact, friction, and impact between the materials. The crushed material is automatically put into the collecting bag under the action of the rotating centrifugal force. Designed according to "GMP" standard, the machine is made of stainless steel, with no dust flying in the production process, and can improve the utilization of materials and reduce the cost of enterprises.
